Face lift won’t correct the fine lines and wrinkles, but it gives a younger look.

Face-lift can be expected to last 10 years.

RECOVERY AFTER FACE-LIFT SURGERY

The patient should follow skin and wound care instructions by the doctor. Keeping the head elevated is very important to get the full results.

Pain, swelling, and bruising are normal for the first 1 week. Pain level decreases daily during recovery. Also crusting scabs on the wounds should not be picked.

Similar to other facial procedures, patient must wear clothes that fasten in the front, and avoid the ones  that are pulled over the head. 

The patient should avoid make up and other cosmetics.

The patient can go back to daily life in 2 weeks. It may take up to 8 weeks to see the full results.

WHAT IS THE RIGHT AFE FOR FACE-LIFT?

Generally people in late 40’s to mid 50’s choose face-lift. Face-lift can be performed as young as late 30’s to late 60’s due to skin’s condition.
